About this Course

Instructor: Jay Kimball For those who are new to working with clay. Participants will be introduced to clay as a material, and learn several techniques on how to create objects with it. In this course you can expect to learn how to make and finish basic shapes. We will use the pottery wheel, slab roller, extruder, as well as a variety of hand-forming techniques. 10 Thursdays 1:00-4:00pm Jan 30 – April 10, 2025 (No Class March 27) Fee: $325
